I took a quick detour at the Redwood City Marina before meeting some coworkers for drinks at a restaurant on the water. The sky showed the last stages of sunset so it wasn't completely dark, but even so, I'm surprised by how much light is evident in this 30 second exposure. I also like the warped colors, especially on the boat and pier and the distant trees. It gives the photo an other-worldly feel. I'm guessing long exposures make objects more susceptible to the true hues of the light hitting them.
