This dog would not look directly at the camera every time I raised it to my face to take a photo. Undeterred, I decided to take a less obvious approach, dropped my arm and camera to my side, and took a bunch of photos that way. The down sides are the cluttered background and blown out sky, but at least the dog looks good.
