Steamed bun from the Slanted Door booth at the San Francisco Street Food Festival. I had hoped to get some photos that captured the ambiance of the event and its SF foodie attendees, but the overcrowding combined with my 50mm fixed lens prevented it. The line for this bun alone took half an hour. Looking at it now, I'm surprised it came out at all considering the chaos around us.
