The Burlingame Art and Jazz Festival was a welcome distraction from my continued apartment hunting in the area. Browsing the usual arts, crafts, and food made me excited about my eventual move, but it was the parking enforcement officer dunk tank that really sold me. The town has a sense of humor!
I met this dog as I was exiting the festivities. He had parked himself on the street and refused to move despite continued leash tugging by his owner.
